DIRTY LITTLE SECRET: The reason she hates humans so much is because she was one, and she wants to be human again to be able to pursue her dreams and live a normal life. It's sort of a like a misguided-jealousy thing.

PRIZED POSSESSIONS: In Beverley Hills she owned a palomino mare named Goldine, but after Rose became a werewolf the horse wouldn't let her get close. Some (now secret) human friends of hers helped bring her to Blackwood so the horse does live here at Two Winds, but Rose cannot ride her. Rose's other prized possessions include a locket given to her by her mother (golden, heart-shaped, diamond-encrusted) and her white BMW (bought for her by her parents when she turned 16).

HISTORY:
- Spoiled as an upper-class and only-child
- Good relationships with mother and father
- Made good grades in school, was on swim and tennis teams through high school, would probably be considered one of the "popular" girls

- Two years in she started seeing a guy, things got serious
- Parents disapproved of him so they eloped
- Soon after their marriage he told Rose he was a werewolf, she didn't believe him
- He bit her against her will and she became one too
- Fled in a state of panicked shock, hid out in her parents' cabin in Arrowhead for several months
- Reasoned that since she was unpopular and unloved now, she would have to get rid of all who thought that of her - which were humans
- Though she wished with all her heart that she was still human, she knew she couldn't be and so neither could anyone else
- Outward philosophy was that humans were dangerous and the only way to be safe from them was to eliminate them
- Came across Blackwood during that time, right when the packs were starting to form
- Used savings to open up a cafe
- Her philosophy spread through town and she earned the right to be a leader too
